At Happy Belly Bakery, we believe good bread should make your belly — and your heart — feel joyful.
We’re a husband-and-wife team (plus a very nosy cat) baking slow-fermented sourdough the traditional way, right here in Devon. Each loaf is hand-shaped, lovingly crafted over four days, and baked until golden and crackling.
Zelah, our head baker and lifelong food-lover, and Michael, her tech-whiz, moral-support husband, pour heart and soul into every bake. We’re here to share simple, delicious, gut-friendly food — and a little bit of happiness — one loaf at a time.
