Made with mature West Country cheddar and a gentle heat from gochugaru red chilli flakes. Think melty pockets of cheese, a whisper of smoky warmth, and that classic sourdough tang in every bite.

We start with our signature white dough, slow-fermented for depth and flavour, using organic white flour from Shipton Mill. The result? A loaf that’s golden, crusty, and full of character — just as good dunked in soup as it is toasted with a slather of butter.

It’s a little bit fiery, a little bit cheesy, and 100% handmade with love in our bakery.
