This one’s pure comfort in a crust. We take our slow-fermented white sourdough — made with organic white flour from Shipton Mill — and enrich it with grated mature cheddar and slow-roasted garlic, softened in olive oil until sweet, golden, and just a little sticky.
Baked to a deep golden crust, it’s packed with savoury flavour from edge to edge — the cheddar melts through the crumb while the roasted garlic brings mellow, earthy sweetness. Toast it, tear it, dip it in soup or mop up pasta sauce — it’s a loaf that brings warmth to every meal.
