Description

Soft, golden, and impossible to resist — our cinnamon buns are made with a rich, brioche-style sourdough that’s naturally leavened and slowly fermented for flavour you can feel.

We roll them up by hand with a generous swirl of brown sugar and cinnamon, then bake until fluffy and golden. The result? A sweet, spiced bun with just the right balance of chew and softness — perfect with your morning coffee or as an afternoon treat.

Made in small batches in our bakery, with love (and a lot of cinnamon).
