Fiery, funky, and full of life — our kimchi is a punchy mix of fermented veg, made in small batches right here in Princetown. It’s bold, sour, spicy, and deeply satisfying.

We use napa cabbage, mooli, carrot, and spring onion, along with gochugaru chilli, garlic, and ginger — no shortcuts, no weird stuff. Just real ingredients, time, and a whole lot of fermentation magic. Naturally probiotic and gut-friendly, it’s perfect in toasties, rice bowls, or straight from the jar when nobody’s watching.
