Our sourdough chocolate chunk cookies are made the Happy Belly way. We use leftover levain for a deeper, more complex flavour and that perfectly chewy texture. Packed with generous chunks of dark chocolate and finished with a pinch of sea salt, they’re rich, golden, and impossible to stop nibbling.
