Welcome to Happy Belly Bakery! We’re a small, family-run bakery based in Tavistock, Devon — baking sourdough and seasonal goods with love, care, and a good pinch of patience.

By placing an order with us (whether online, via email, or in person), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Our Products

All our bakes are made in small batches using traditional methods. As a result, there may be slight variations in size, shape, and colour — that’s part of their charm!

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and allergen information. If you have any specific dietary requirements or concerns, please contact us before ordering.

2. Orders & Cancellations

We bake to order, so:

• Order deadlines will be clearly stated for each bake day or market.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before collection/delivery time for a refund. After that, we may not be able to cancel or refund.

3. Collection & Delivery

We’ll confirm your collection time and location when you place your order. If you’re running late or need to reschedule, just drop us a message — we’ll do our best to help.

We currently offer local collection and limited delivery in the Tavistock area. Delivery availability may vary depending on location and schedule.

4. Refunds & Returns

If something’s gone wrong with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible (within 24 hours of collection). We’ll always do our best to put it right.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.

5. Allergens

Our bakery handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, and nuts. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we bake, sell, or operate. We’ll always keep the latest version available on our website.
